Instawork is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to manage a portfolio of top-tier customers and drive business growth. This role requires 3+ years of experience in software, human capital management technology, or staffing sales.
You have 3+ years of industry expertise in software, human capital management technology, staffing, or recruiting industry sales — your track record showcases consistent achievement of sales goals and a consultative approach to client relationships. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs, allowing you to provide tailored solutions that drive success. You are motivated by the challenge of maximizing revenue and making a significant impact on the business, and you thrive in environments where you can develop new business from existing clients while actively seeking expansion opportunities.
Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered labor marketplaces. You are comfortable working in a remote-based role while being based in the Greater Seattle area, allowing you to collaborate effectively with your team and clients. Your ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs will be crucial in this role, as will your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Instawork, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top-tier assigned customers within Midwest markets. Your primary focus will be on developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking expansion opportunities to grow overall client revenue. You will work closely with the Account Growth leader and other team members to ensure that our staffing solutions meet the needs of large businesses. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with the best possible service. You will also be expected to track and report on your sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve your goals.
