TripActions is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to drive revenue by ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value of the Navan platform. You'll build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with various teams to achieve program goals.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the mid-market segment, where you've successfully driven client satisfaction and revenue growth. Your ability to build deep relationships with clients makes you a trusted advisor, ensuring they maximize the value of the services provided. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, product, finance, support, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your data-driven mindset allows you to analyze client needs and adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring that program goals are met and exceeded. You are a high-energy individual with fresh ideas, taking the initiative to drive results and delight clients. Your emotional intelligence and coachable nature enable you to connect with clients at all levels, from program administrators to C-suite executives.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but similar work experience will also be considered. Experience in the travel and expense management industry is a plus, as is familiarity with SaaS platforms. In this role, you will manage all post-sales activities for mid-market customers, ensuring they are onboarded successfully and engaged with the Navan platform. You will develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, aligning their program goals with the services offered by Navan. Your focus will be on driving usage of the platform, ensuring that clients manage their entire travel and expense programs through Navan. You will be responsible for renewing accounts and identifying opportunities for cross-selling adjacent products from across the portfolio. Your role will require you to be proactive in addressing client needs and challenges, providing solutions that enhance their experience and drive revenue for the company. You will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that client feedback is communicated effectively and that the services provided meet their expectations. Your ability to navigate a rapidly changing environment will be crucial as you adapt to new challenges and opportunities that arise.
