Waymo is seeking a Fleet Readiness Lead to oversee the readiness of their autonomous fleet in Los Angeles. You'll manage a team to ensure performance goals are met. This role requires strong leadership and operational expertise.

You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally within the automotive or technology sectors. Your experience includes overseeing fleet operations and ensuring that performance standards are consistently met. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to guide and support a team of diagnostic technicians effectively. You understand the complexities of managing a fleet of autonomous vehicles and are adept at aligning operational goals with broader company objectives. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Desirable

Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and fleet management software will enhance your ability to lead your team effectively. What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the market fleet readiness, ensuring that the Waymo fleet is prepared for service and meets performance goals.
