ESO is seeking a Regional Account Executive to manage new business sales within the Fire/EMS market in Pennsylvania. You'll focus on new logo acquisition and develop strategic sales plans. This role requires 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience.
You have 3-5 years of enterprise or outside sales experience, thriving on hunting and uncovering new business opportunities. Your ability to meet and exceed sales quotas is complemented by a team seller mentality and a strategic sales mindset. You are adept at forecasting sales opportunities with a high level of accuracy and are flexible in your approach to sales strategies. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires 50% travel within your territory. Your experience in managing a sales pipeline for assigned accounts has equipped you with the skills to engage effectively with key decision-makers and industry partners.
In this role, you will manage the sales process for new business sales within the Fire/EMS market, focusing on new logo acquisition. You will develop and manage a sales pipeline for assigned named accounts in Pennsylvania, creating strategic sales strategies tailored to prospective agencies or departments. Your day-to-day activities will include prospecting new business targets through consistent regional engagement, onsite meetings, trade shows, and networking. You will demonstrate ESO products through meetings and sales presentations, engaging subject matter experts as needed. Leading and supporting contract negotiations will be a key responsibility, driving sales opportunities to closure. You will also be responsible for accurately forecasting sales opportunities and managing your pipeline effectively using CRM tools.
