Who you are

You have experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or in a similar technical presales role, ideally within enterprise software focused on automation or contact center technologies. Your strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills enable you to design and recommend technical solutions that align with customer needs. You possess excellent presentation and communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your creative and design-oriented mindset helps you craft engaging demos that resonate with clients. You have the ability to quickly learn and explain new technologies, making you a valuable asset to the sales team. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with the sales team to support strategic deals, participating in discovery calls and technical deep dives. You will create and deliver presentations and customized demos that showcase the value of our solutions. Analyzing customer requirements, you will provide technical guidance and collaborate with internal teams on enhancements and customer requests. You will stay current on the competitive landscape, performing comparisons to ensure our offerings remain compelling.
