Welocalize is seeking a Quality Program Lead to enhance customer quality experiences and develop quality strategies. This role requires strong leadership and relationship-building skills to guide quality initiatives.
You have a proven track record in quality management, ideally within the life sciences sector, and possess strong leadership skills to guide a team of quality representatives. Your ability to build close and trustworthy relationships with clients is paramount, as you will be responsible for continuously improving the customer quality experience. You understand the importance of aligning quality strategies with client requirements and are adept at leading discussions around quality initiatives. Your commitment to excellence and relentless innovation drives you to achieve assigned Quality Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
You are detail-oriented and possess a strategic mindset, allowing you to develop and implement effective quality strategies based on the Welocalize Four Principles: Customer Obsession, Relentless Innovation, Winning Together, and Commitment to Excellence. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at fostering teamwork to achieve common goals. Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus, as is familiarity with multilingual content transformation services. You may also have a background in data-driven decision-making and quality assurance methodologies, which will enhance your ability to lead quality initiatives effectively.
As the Quality Program Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing the quality strategy for your Squad, ensuring that it aligns with client expectations and industry standards. You will lead quality discussions with customers, focusing on overall quality strategy and the planning of new quality initiatives. Your role will involve guiding a team of quality representatives to fulfill client requirements and achieve quality objectives. You will continuously assess and improve the quality processes, leveraging feedback from clients and team members to drive enhancements.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. This includes participating in project planning sessions, providing input on quality metrics, and ensuring that quality assurance practices are integrated into all aspects of the work. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of quality within the organization, encouraging team members to take ownership of their contributions to quality outcomes.
