Job Description

Our multicultural Payroll team is excited to welcome a Sr. EMEA Payroll Business Care Partner to join our team! In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating the successful delivery of payroll projects, programs and initiatives.
As our Sr. Payroll Care Partner, you'll play a pivotal part in moving our company forward. This isn't just another project management gig - we want you to dive in, identify issues, and help us define long-term strategies to get them resolved. You'll work hand-in-hand with stakeholders across Payroll and HR and other business lines, leveraging your sharp project management skills to ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time.
Your deep knowledge and experience will make you an invaluable asset, providing insightful recommendations that will transform our payroll operations. We're looking for a big-picture thinker with the drive of an ambitious payroll leader - someone who is eager to make a lasting impact, not just on the bottom line, but on the overall employee experience.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage the full project lifecycle for payroll-related initiatives...
• Develop and maintain comprehensive plans, schedules, and status reports...
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues...
• Stay up-to-date on payroll regulations, technologies, and best practices...
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, review progress, and resolve roadblocks.
• Build strong relationships with partners, capturing their voice and sharing performance metrics...
• Define and promote business improvements, recommending efficiencies...
• Leverage data to uncover underlying process issues and influence teams to implement best practices.
• Lead the delivery of our EMEA Payroll long-term vision, partnering cross-functionally.• Experience in leading projects (preferable PMP or Prince2 certified)
• Experience defining project requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience owning program delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work by objectives without guidance
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Strong data wrangling skills
• Proficient in obtaining, organizing, and analyzing data to make fact-based decisions and drive root cause analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business administration• English required and additional EU language is an advantage
• Experience with EMEA payroll and payroll software
• Advanced MS Office knowledge and experience with analysis of large data (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• Master’s degree in Finance or Business administration and/or relevant experience in the field
