Who you are

You have extensive experience in legal compliance, particularly within the tech or eCommerce sectors, and have a proven track record of managing compliance teams effectively. You understand the intricacies of product development and how compliance can be embedded into every stage of the product lifecycle. Your ability to anticipate regulatory changes and translate them into actionable strategies is a key strength. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, and Finance. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable leading initiatives that drive compliance and innovation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to Mirakl’s Group General Counsel and will be responsible for defining the operating model for a combined Compliance & Product practice. You will lead a team of two legal counsels, ensuring that compliance is integrated into product development processes. Your role will involve horizon scanning for regulatory changes and proactively addressing potential impacts on the business. You will work closely with product teams to ensure that compliance considerations are factored into product innovation and development. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global compliance practices, setting standards that align with Mirakl’s strategic goals.
