Overview

Uber is hiring an Account Executive to drive partnerships with local restaurants for the Uber Eats platform. You'll manage the full sales cycle and negotiate contracts to establish strong relationships. This role requires 3-5 years of sales experience.

Who you are

You have 3-5 years of full cycle sales experience, demonstrating a natural talent for selling and a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene. Your passion for food and the Uber brand shines through in your interactions, making you an effective ambassador for Uber Eats. You thrive in a role where achieving and exceeding monthly quotas is a key measure of success, and you are proactive in building your sales pipeline through cold-calling and in-person meetings. You are skilled in managing contract negotiations, ensuring that both Uber and restaurant partners benefit from sustainable economic agreements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, working diligently to sign new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in at least 50 cold calls per day, complemented by face-to-face meetings to create lasting impressions and develop long-term partnerships. Your ability to communicate the value of Uber Eats will be crucial as you negotiate contracts and establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners. You will also collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new partner, identifying best practices along the way. Maintaining proactive communication channels with prospects will be essential, as you balance your time between phone, email, and in-person interactions.
