Everbridge is seeking a Manager of Business Development Representatives to lead and coach a high-performing team. You'll focus on pipeline creation and sales alignment across various markets. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

You have a proven track record in business development, with experience leading teams and driving performance. Your ability to interpret trends and diagnose performance drivers sets you apart, allowing you to propose effective solutions that enhance team productivity. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, marketing operations, and revenue operations to achieve common goals. Your leadership style fosters a high-performance culture, where trust and accountability are paramount. You understand the nuances of both inbound and outbound sales strategies, and you are adept at strengthening cold prospecting disciplines. You are committed to developing future sales leaders and nurturing talent within your team.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with sales alignment strategies across commercial, enterprise, public sector, and healthcare markets. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to drive decision-making. A background in marketing operations or revenue operations would be beneficial, as it complements your business development expertise.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of 10–11 Business Development Representatives, coaching them to excel in their roles and achieve their targets. You will be responsible for scaling the team and ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. Your focus will be on driving pipeline creation and strengthening sales alignment, which are critical to Everbridge's go-to-market strategy. You will analyze performance metrics and trends, using your insights to propose actionable solutions that enhance team effectiveness. As the team evolves, you will play a key role in maintaining a high-performance culture that emphasizes trust and collaboration. You will also be involved in developing training programs that prepare your team for future leadership roles within the organization.
