What you'll do

In your role as Overnight Shift Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for overseeing the central warehouse operations during your shift. You will ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Your leadership will be crucial in coaching and guiding your team, helping them to meet their individual and collective goals. You will maintain a complete understanding of the fulfillment processes and logistics software used by Nabis, ensuring that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their tasks effectively. You will also be accountable for all KPIs related to your shift, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. Your role will involve regular communication with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
