Experience in a boutique fitness setting is a plus, as is familiarity with the [solidcore] workout methodology. You may have certifications in personal training or group fitness instruction, which further enhance your ability to lead classes effectively. A background in community management or customer service can also be beneficial, as you will be interacting with clients regularly and fostering a sense of community within the studio.

What you'll do

As the Head Coach & Community Manager, you will be responsible for coaching an average of eleven classes per week, ensuring that each session is engaging and effective for participants. You will set the standard for other coaches, role modeling the qualities and attributes that make an exceptional coach. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver a best-in-class experience for clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals.

In addition to coaching, you will provide ongoing development for your coaching staff. This includes giving consistent feedback, conducting training sessions for new coaches, and supporting their growth within the studio. You will work closely with the Area Manager to implement strategies that enhance the studio's success and align with [solidcore]'s mission to be the fastest growing boutique fitness studio.

You will also play a key role in community engagement, fostering relationships with clients and encouraging a supportive atmosphere. Your ability to connect with individuals will help create a loyal client base and promote a positive culture within the studio. You will be involved in marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring that the studio continues to thrive.
