Pirros is seeking an AEC Account Executive to drive business growth in the architecture and engineering sector. You'll engage with AECO firms to promote a platform that enhances detail management processes. This role requires a strong sales background and a passion for industry transformation.
You are a mission-driven seller with a strong background in sales, particularly within the architecture, engineering, construction, and owner (AECO) sectors. You thrive in early-stage growth environments and are excited about the opportunity to bring real change to the industry. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to understand complex workflows and the ability to communicate effectively with design professionals. You are motivated by tangible impact and are eager to help firms streamline their detail management processes.
Experience in the AECO industry is a plus, as is familiarity with software solutions that enhance design management. You possess a strong understanding of the challenges faced by architects, engineers, and contractors, and you are passionate about leveraging technology to solve these problems. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will own your business by prospecting and closing new accounts with AECO firms that align with Pirros' mission. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage potential clients, demonstrating how our platform can transform their detail management processes. You will work closely with the go-to-market (GTM) team to shape the product's market entry and influence the built environment positively.
You will conduct outreach to identify and connect with key decision-makers within target firms, presenting tailored solutions that address their specific needs. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the support necessary to adopt our platform successfully. You will also gather feedback from users to inform product development and enhance customer satisfaction.
