You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable systems that enhance user experiences. Your expertise in AI and machine learning allows you to design innovative solutions that improve customer interactions and operational efficiency. You possess a deep understanding of real-time systems and have successfully implemented chatbots or similar technologies that enhance user support. You are excited about the potential of AI and LLMs to transform customer service and are eager to push the boundaries of what technology can achieve in this space. As a Senior Staff Engineer in the Delivery Experience team, you will lead the design and implementation of critical systems that enhance the customer journey post-checkout. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to define the technical roadmap and ensure that the systems you build meet the needs of both customers and support agents.
You will be responsible for influencing the technical direction of the team, ensuring that the engineering foundations are robust and scalable. Your work will directly impact customer trust and satisfaction, as you will be developing features that streamline support processes and enhance the overall delivery experience.
