What you'll do

As the Head of Legal Operations at Snowflake, you will be responsible for designing and scaling the operational infrastructure of the global Legal Department. You will report directly to the General Counsel and work closely with Legal leadership to ensure that the department operates efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve driving the vision for the Legal technology stack, focusing on continuous optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times.

You will partner with various teams to implement strategies that improve data-driven decision-making and free legal talent for more strategic work. Your leadership will be crucial in managing complex programs that support the growth of the organization while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You will also be tasked with evaluating and integrating new technologies that can streamline legal processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the Legal Department.
