Senior Visual Designer (Contract)

As a key member of the Product Design Team, you will be responsible for delivering business-critical visual and branding experiences to empower our Enterprise Stakeholders and end-users. Your work will enable companies to leverage the Moveworks AI Platform to support their employees in many creative ways.

You are a self-driven designer who constantly thinks about how experiences and brands are perceived, as much as how they should look. You enjoy turning complex technical workflows and tasks into delightful, magical experiences.

This role will constantly challenge you to identify the biggest lever to infuse brand identity into a suite of our Enterprise AI products. You will work alongside best-in-class product designers and engineering teams. What You Will Do

• Work in a cross-functional team to inspire, define and build delightful brand and visual designs and enrich established design systems for product experiences
• Rapidly produce strong conceptual and expressive design that is engaging and reflect a cohesive visual style and tone
• Vibe code design prototypes to produce compelling demos
• Execute on product experiences from developers and admins to all end users, with implications across product boundaries of other platforms
• Contribute to evolving design systems and processes to scale production efforts

 

What You Bring To The Table

• A proven ability to imagine innovative visual experiences based on branding guidelines
• Experience designing visual UI systems as well as creating graphic design elements from illustrations to iconography
• Knowledge in digital product design, spec design, and asset production, proficiency with design tools like Figma with design systems experience
• Experience with vibe coding tools and turning static designs into interactive demo
• Experience with time management, task prioritization, and identifying problems and work towards solutions
• Above all, insatiable curiosity and a growth mindset.
