You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in onboarding processes. You are comfortable working with technology and have a keen interest in how it can be leveraged to improve customer experiences. Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or with cloud-native platforms is a plus. Familiarity with big data, machine learning, and AI technologies will help you excel in this role. What you'll do
