Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer growth and satisfaction. You'll leverage your expertise in CRM, data analytics, and marketing technology to support EMEA customers. This role requires a strong consultative approach and a customer-first attitude.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with over 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your background includes working with CRM systems and marketing technology solutions, which allows you to understand the unique needs of clients in the EMEA region. You possess strong consultative skills and are adept at creatively solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical mindset enables you to leverage data and analytics to drive customer success and retention. You are passionate about establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for mid-market and enterprise businesses, ensuring they achieve their goals with Klaviyo's solutions.

Desirable

Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus, as it will help you relate to the challenges faced by our customers. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and how they can transform workflows will set you apart. What you'll do
