What you'll do

As a Commis Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in preparing, delivering, and presenting food and beverages. Your responsibilities will include ensuring prompt service of all meals and services at required times, meeting company standards, and ensuring delegate satisfaction. You will prepare and present food for restaurant consumption under the guidance of the Head Chef and be available during service periods. Additionally, you will prepare for special functions, which may require working outside normal hours. You will attend daily menu briefings and respond promptly to any operational needs, ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
