What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Regional HR Manager and play a critical part in executing the HR strategy across multiple delivery stations. Your responsibilities will include driving associate engagement programs, acting as a subject matter expert in employee relations, and monitoring feedback to enhance retention and reward initiatives. You will also manage labor relations and complex cases, integrating any legislative changes into HR practices.
