CI&T is seeking a Mid-Level Backend Engineer to support a financial client by leading technical teams and ensuring high-quality agile deployments. You'll work with Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL in Campinas.
You have experience in backend development, particularly with Java 11 and Spring Boot, and are comfortable leading technical teams in a collaborative environment. Your expertise in automated testing ensures that the solutions you develop are robust and reliable. You are familiar with PostgreSQL and have experience deploying applications in cloud environments, specifically AWS. You understand agile methodologies and can adapt to challenging situations while maintaining a positive attitude. Your communication skills allow you to effectively partner with clients, understanding their objectives and proposing tailored solutions. You thrive in team settings, contributing to constructive feedback and fostering a supportive atmosphere.
Experience with financial services or similar industries is a plus, as is familiarity with additional cloud services or database technologies. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies will help you excel in this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a financial client by leading a technical team in the development of scalable solutions.
