Job Description

Key job responsibilities
• Drive cost saving projects from start to finish.
• Develop metrics and set up tools to measure operational performance of sort centers/ Last mile as part of the business growth.
• Review and analyze customer defect data and develop corresponding action plans to reduce/improve.
• Develop and execute action plans that increase quality and service.
• Use lean techniques to root cause process deviations and develop countermeasures for these deviations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to secure resources for projects and provide support for other initiatives as needed.
• Travel to sort center/ last mile sites to develop, evaluate and ensure compliance of improvement initiatives.
• Document, standardization, quality and productivity enhancements.
• Support with key data, parity requirements into annual planning cycles Bachelor's degree
Excel advanced level and SQL coding.
3+ years of continuous improvement.
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other OE tools 3+ years of program or project management experience
Data analysis skills and familiarity with supporting tools e.g. Asana.
Data visualisation tools (powerBI, quicksight or equivalent).
