Senior Solution Engineer (South East Asia & South Korea)

Who you are

You have a strong background in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or DevOps consulting, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Your hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures allows you to effectively support enterprise engineering teams. You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with customers directly, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions. Your experience working with enterprise clients, particularly in Southeast Asia and South Korea, gives you a unique perspective on the challenges they face.

You are familiar with CI/CD practices and have a solid understanding of DevSecOps principles. Your ability to architect solutions that enhance software supply chain security is a key asset. Additionally, proficiency in Korean, both spoken and written, is a major advantage that sets you apart in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales, product, R&D, and channel partners to drive customer success.

Desirable

Experience working with Korean enterprises or partners is a significant plus. You are open to travel across Southeast Asia and Korea, which allows you to engage with customers in their local contexts and provide tailored support. Your passion for DevOps and software supply chain security drives you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring you can offer the best solutions to clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead technical discovery sessions, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) for customers in Southeast Asia and South Korea. You will architect CI/CD and DevSecOps solutions using the JFrog Platform, ensuring that enterprise clients can effectively adopt and utilize products like Artifactory and Xray. Your role will involve close collaboration with sales teams to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those requirements.

You will represent JFrog at regional events, workshops, and customer sessions, showcasing the capabilities of the JFrog Platform and its impact on software supply chain security. Your expertise will help drive enterprise adoption of JFrog products, and you will work closely with product and R&D teams to provide feedback and insights from the field.

Your responsibilities will also include supporting customers during their onboarding process, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to successfully implement JFrog solutions. You will be a key point of contact for technical inquiries and will work to resolve any issues that arise during the adoption process. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be crucial in helping customers understand the value of JFrog's offerings.
