Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to assist customers in understanding the value of their data solutions during the sales process. You'll leverage your technical skills to demo products and support proof of concept sessions. This role requires experience with logs and offers a remote work environment based out of Boston.
You have a strong background in technical sales and customer engagement, ideally with experience in a Solutions Engineer role. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are passionate about helping clients realize the full potential of data solutions. Your experience with logs and data management tools allows you to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to solve unique challenges. You are adaptable and willing to travel up to 30% to meet customer needs, demonstrating your commitment to customer success.
As a Solutions Engineer at Cribl, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by helping customers understand the value of our products. You will conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions during initial sales calls, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how Cribl can meet their data needs. You will support customers during proof of concept sessions, guiding them through the implementation process and addressing any concerns they may have.
