As a Data Center Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of AWS's global cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics to identify issues and executing physical repairs as needed. You will collaborate with a team of software, hardware, and network engineers to ensure that all AWS data centers operate efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for monitoring equipment and systems to prevent downtime and ensure that customers have continual access to the services they rely on. Additionally, you will participate in an on-call rotation, providing support during critical incidents and ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly.
