You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey information and foster collaboration among diverse teams. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges as they arise. You are passionate about driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to clients.

What you'll do

As a Business Operations Manager at RemoFirst, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our local EORs in the EMEA region. You will work closely with these partners to ensure exceptional service delivery, maximizing value for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment between local partner strategies and RemoFirst's internal initiatives.
