What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center, ensuring that all vehicles meet Carvana's rigorous mechanical and cosmetic standards. You will lead a team of at least five leads and up to 70 front-line associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include monitoring production metrics, maintaining quality control, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment that encourages associate engagement and development.

You will collaborate with other departments to ensure that the reconditioning process aligns with overall company objectives and customer satisfaction goals. Regularly reviewing operational performance and identifying areas for improvement will be key to your success in this role. You will also play a crucial role in training new associates and ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
