What you'll do

In this role, you will lead two product-focused squads, guiding the development of Grafana Cloud k6 Frontend and k6 Studio. You will be responsible for setting the technical vision and ensuring that your teams deliver high-quality reliability testing products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features that align with user needs and business goals. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within your teams.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing team members, helping them grow in their careers while achieving project objectives. You will implement best practices in software development and reliability testing, ensuring that your teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Regularly reviewing team performance and product outcomes will be essential to your role, as you strive to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of your squads.
