You should be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory, as well as performing virtual and in-person presentations to potential clients. As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through effective account management.
You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's digital marketing solutions. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work with a wide variety of industries, making each day unique and rewarding. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a hybrid sales environment, balancing home office work with in-field activities.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $85,000 and $95,000, and year two on-target earnings between $100,000 and $115,000.
