What you'll do

As the Local Operations Manager at Vacasa, you will oversee daily operations in the Spicewood, Marble Falls, and Horseshoe Bay area. You will lead and develop a team of employees, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations to support their professional growth. Your role will involve hands-on tasks, from changing light bulbs to guiding guests through using amenities like gas fireplaces. You will ensure that operations run smoothly and that guests receive exceptional service. You will also be responsible for managing performance and aligning team efforts with the company's objectives, contributing to a culture of trust and collaboration.
