Job Description

Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

  • Lead the preparation of the Group’s audited consolidated financial statements, in close collaboration with Accounting teams and external auditors

  • Participate in M&A transactions and Group reorganizations, ensuring accurate financial consolidation and reporting of changes

  • Contribute to projects aimed at simplifying and enhancing the Group’s external reporting process

  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and delivering reports to support decision-making

Your Story

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in consolidation and/or group audits within a multinational environment, preferably gained in a Big 4 firm

  • Fluency in English; you’ll be working closely with the London team

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a delivery team

  • Hands-on experience with consolidation tools such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, OneStream, or similar systems

  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and capable of taking full ownership of projects

  • A curious mindset with strong analytical thinking skills

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation and open to taking on new challenges

  • Experience in transformation projects, process improvements or systems implementations is a strong plus

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience managing and developing team members

  • Experience working in a global organisation
