Jellyvision is seeking an Account Executive for the Central East territory to drive net-new logo growth by selling their integrated benefits technology suite. This role requires a strong understanding of the benefits industry and the ability to engage with mid-market and enterprise organizations.
You are an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in driving sales growth within defined territories. You understand the benefits industry and are adept at building relationships with mid-market and enterprise organizations. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing your own schedule while meeting sales targets. You possess strong communication skills and can articulate the value of Jellyvision's integrated benefits technology suite to potential clients. You are a creative problem solver who is motivated by helping organizations simplify their benefits administration processes. You are willing to learn and adapt as you grow within the company, contributing to a culture of curiosity and kindness.
Experience in the benefits technology space or a related field would be a plus. Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM tools can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in working with mid-market and enterprise clients will help you navigate complex sales cycles and close deals successfully.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving net-new logo growth by selling Jellyvision's integrated benefits technology suite, including ALEX® and ALEX Home. You will engage with potential clients within your defined geographic territory, which includes Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee. You will leverage your industry knowledge to identify opportunities and tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each organization. You will conduct presentations and demonstrations of Jellyvision's products, showcasing how they can simplify benefits management for employers and employees alike. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, helping them realize the full value of the technology. You will track your sales activities and progress in the CRM, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales targets. You will participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
