You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in technology sectors, with at least 5 years of experience driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams. Your ability to understand complex customer challenges and translate them into actionable solutions is key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of innovative technologies to diverse audiences. You are results-driven and have a strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. You are passionate about data and its potential to transform businesses, and you are excited about the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.
Experience in the observability or data management space is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based solutions. A background in working with enterprise clients and understanding their unique needs will set you apart. In this role, you will lead the sales strategy for Imply Lumi, working closely with the Sales Leadership Team to define and execute plans that drive customer acquisition and retention. You will engage with potential customers to understand their data challenges and demonstrate how Imply Lumi can provide solutions that enhance their observability capabilities. You will collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with your audience and generate leads. You will also mentor and develop your sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and ensure that Imply remains competitive in the market. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and reporting on performance metrics to the executive team.
