Oscar is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for their Virtual Health Assessment team to engage with members and support virtual healthcare delivery. This role requires a commitment of at least 15 hours per week and offers a pay rate of $60 - $70 per hour.
You are a licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in virtual healthcare settings. You have a passion for improving patient outcomes and are skilled in conducting health assessments remotely. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to support teams across various healthcare services.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with patients and provide personalized care. You are adaptable and can manage your time efficiently to meet the demands of a virtual practice.
Experience in primary care or urgent care settings is a plus. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual patient engagement strategies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As a Nurse Practitioner at Oscar, you will be responsible for conducting virtual health assessments for Oscar Health Insurance members. You will engage with patients to evaluate their health needs and provide management recommendations. Your role will also involve supporting Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care teams as needed.
You will work closely with the Director of Virtual Health Assessment to ensure that patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently. You will be expected to maintain a flexible schedule, with clinic hours from 8 AM to 8 PM EST Monday through Thursday and 8 AM to 6 PM EST on Fridays and Saturdays.
Your commitment to at least 15 hours per week will allow you to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of Oscar's members. You will also participate in team meetings and company events, which may require occasional travel.
