Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales in a flourishing industry with unlimited earning potential. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with Hibu's offerings. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be key to your success.
You will participate in a comprehensive training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role. You will also have access to ongoing support from your team and management, ensuring you have the resources you need to succeed.
As you progress in your career, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and potentially move into leadership roles. Your performance will be recognized through various incentives, including the chance to participate in the annual President’s Club Trip, which celebrates top performers.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to be between $80,000 and $110,000 in your first year, and between $104,000 and $122,000 in your second year.
