Intercom is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development of impactful brand campaigns. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance brand visibility across multiple channels. This role requires expertise in brand advertising and media strategy.
You have over 5 years of experience in brand marketing, particularly in developing and executing media strategies that resonate with target audiences. Your deep understanding of brand advertising allows you to craft compelling narratives that elevate brand perception and drive engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions that enhance future initiatives. You are passionate about storytelling and understand how to leverage various media channels to create memorable brand experiences. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced nature of marketing, ensuring that every campaign is executed flawlessly.
Experience in AI or technology-driven industries is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. A background in working with external agencies and media partners will help you excel in this role. You are also comfortable with emerging trends in media and advertising, allowing you to innovate and push boundaries in your campaigns.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end development of high-impact brand campaigns, from insight and strategy through media planning, launch, and performance storytelling. You will lead Intercom’s brand media program, determining where and how the brand shows up across channels like CTV, OOH, audio, publishers, display, and paid social. Your strategic vision will guide the execution of campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and long-term brand impact. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and our in-house Brand Studio, as well as top-tier external agencies and media partners, to bring bold, memorable campaigns to life. You will also analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure that every placement works harder to achieve desired outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how the world experiences the Intercom brand, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of customer service innovation.
