Job Description

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your expertise in the field. Your background includes extensive repairs and heavy engine work, showcasing your ability to handle complex automotive issues. You are skilled in advanced vehicle diagnostics and have experience repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues, which is crucial for modern vehicles. Your knowledge extends to installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, ensuring that you can tackle a variety of automotive challenges. You are comfortable working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, reflecting your adaptability in the ever-evolving automotive landscape.

Desirable

While not required, additional certifications such as ASE would be beneficial. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and technology used in high-tech Inspection Centers will give you an edge in this role. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for success in this position.

What you'll do

As a Master Auto Mechanic at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting thorough inspections to identify issues and implementing effective solutions.
