You have a strong background in product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. You possess experience designing data-rich user experiences, showcasing your ability to handle complex information in a clear and engaging manner. Collaboration is key in this role, and you have a proven track record of working closely with engineering teams to bring your designs to life. You are passionate about transforming complex problems into beautiful, usable experiences, and you are comfortable leading design discussions within your team. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate your design vision effectively to various stakeholders across the organization.
In this role, you will focus on both new feature development and product quality improvements for Stripe Tax's dashboard workflows. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape and execute design solutions that enhance the user experience for merchants using Stripe Tax. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a collaborative design culture within the team.
