Who you are

You are a results-driven Sales and Education Executive with a passion for consumer skincare. You have experience in sales strategy and in-store education, and you thrive in a field-based role where you can elevate brand presence. Your ability to build strong relationships with store-level employees and management is key to your success. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences and brand advocacy. You are comfortable planning and executing in-store events to drive revenue and meet company targets. You have a structured approach to managing schedules and expenses, ensuring profitability while maintaining a strong in-store presence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will consistently achieve or exceed the company sales plan across your assigned territory. You will strategically plan and execute in-store events, either independently or with team support, to drive revenue and meet company targets. You will schedule and conduct impactful product knowledge training sessions for retailer teams, deepening their brand knowledge and driving sales. Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with store-level employees and all levels of Ulta Beauty management will be crucial. You will maintain a consistent and impactful in-store presence to strengthen brand awareness and advocacy. You will also manage freelance talent schedules and travel expenses within allocated budgets, ensuring that all activities align with company goals.
