Axon is hiring a Hardware Validation Engineer to ensure product quality through comprehensive testing and validation procedures. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize your technical expertise to drive product evaluations. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in validation testing.
You have a solid background in hardware validation engineering, with experience in developing Validation Test Procedures (VTPs) and creating comprehensive test plans. Your technical expertise allows you to guide product evaluations effectively, uncover issues, and drive resolutions alongside cross-functional partners. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, as you will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Supply Chain teams.
You possess strong analytical skills, particularly in Statistical Analysis, which you incorporate into your validation testing processes. Your attention to detail ensures that every product and system meets the highest standards before reaching customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to driving real change through your work.
Experience with various hardware validation tools and methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt will set you apart in this role.
As a Hardware Validation Engineer at Axon, you will develop comprehensive test plans for our products, ensuring that all capabilities and features meet specified requirements. You will incorporate Statistical Analysis into your validation testing, providing insights that drive product improvements. Your role will involve reviewing and providing input into System and Product Requirements, ensuring that all aspects of the product are thoroughly evaluated.
You will execute testing from start to finish, collaborating with R&D and other teams to ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards. Your communication skills will be essential as you work with various stakeholders to address any issues that arise during the validation process. You will take ownership of your projects, driving them to completion while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
