You have a proven track record in technical recruiting, ideally with 5+ years of experience in sourcing and hiring for engineering, data, and product teams. You understand the nuances of technical roles and can effectively communicate with both candidates and hiring managers. Your ability to build relationships and trust with technical leadership is key to your success in this role. You are data-driven and can leverage metrics to improve recruiting processes and outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You are passionate about building diverse and inclusive teams and understand the importance of a strong company culture.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools is a plus. Familiarity with the tech industry and current trends in talent acquisition will help you excel in this role. You may also have experience in employer branding and can contribute to enhancing WHOOP's presence in the tech community.
