Founders Associate to CTO (f/m/x)

Join us as a Founder’s Associate to the CTO, where you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing technical operations, and scaling our product. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CTO, gain firsthand experience in high-growth tech leadership, and make a real impact on the company’s success. What You’ll Do:

• Solve Problems & Execute Fast – Tackle everything from quick operational fixes to complex strategic projects, ensuring smooth execution.

• Work Closely with Leadership – Partner directly with the CTO, gaining firsthand experience in scaling a product and company.

• Manage Technical & Product Operations – Handle API requests, work with JSON, Postman, and basic Webflow/JavaScript as needed.

• Streamline Processes & Remove Blockers – Identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to drive progress.

• Engage with External Partners – Communicate with vendors and partners (e.g., Datadog) to ensure seamless collaboration and problem resolution.

Who You Are:

• You’ve been in a fast-growing startup or VC-backed environment and love the energy.

• You just get things done—even if it means finding unconventional solutions.

• You understand technology and product, even if you’re not an engineer: terms like REST-API, JSON, or postman are not unfamiliar to you.

• You're Hungry for growth—ready to learn from the best and contribute to something meaningful.

• Fluent in English; German is a plus, additional languages are beneficial.
