Meesho is hiring a Manager Program for their Monetisation team to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance revenue streams and user engagement. This role requires strong problem-solving and project management skills.
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in monetisation or revenue generation. You are skilled at identifying key business problems and setting priorities to drive solutions. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, and Analytics. You understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and enjoy engaging in team activities outside of work.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical mindset helps you make data-driven decisions that align with business goals.
Experience in e-commerce or technology sectors is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to drive initiatives effectively. A passion for empowering users and helping them grow their businesses online is essential.
