What you'll do

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day will involve recruiting experts by engaging in phone conversations to find the best matches for your clients' projects, often under tight deadlines. You will need to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate. Taking ownership of every aspect of your projects is crucial, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration. You will be responsible for ensuring that both clients and experts have a successful experience throughout the process.
