What you'll do

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will act as the vital link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day will involve recruiting experts by engaging in phone conversations to match them with client projects, often under tight deadlines. You will need to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate. Taking ownership of every aspect of your projects is crucial, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the client experience are handled with care and professionalism, contributing to the overall success of the team.
