Huntress is seeking a Technical Account Manager I to serve as the primary technical liaison post-sales, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality technical support. This role is fully remote in the UK and offers a compensation range of £90,000 - £100,000.
You are a highly motivated and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills. You have the ability to think and act quickly, ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of your responsibilities. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical liaison post-sales, providing high-quality post-sales technical support with a consultative approach. You understand the importance of maximizing the value for customers and partners, and you are committed to helping them achieve their goals.
Experience in cybersecurity or a related field would be beneficial, as well as familiarity with technical support processes and customer relationship management. You are eager to learn and grow within the role, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through your duties of providing high-quality post-sales technical support. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them maximize the value of Huntress's cybersecurity solutions. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance on product usage, and facilitating communication between customers and internal teams. You will also assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition to using Huntress's products.
You will collaborate with various teams within the company, including sales, engineering, and product management, to address customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers will be key to your success in this role. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical knowledge and skills, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity.
Huntress offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK. The compensation range for this position is £90,000 - £100,000 on target earnings, which includes base salary and commission, along with equity options.
