Amazon is hiring an Executive Assistant for the AWS Data & AI GTM team to support executive leaders. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and organize team activities. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are a dedicated and resourceful professional with experience supporting executive leaders. You possess a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information, and you demonstrate professionalism in dealing with senior professionals both inside and outside the company. You thrive in a highly ambiguous environment and can complete tasks and projects quickly, proactively taking action without needing to know the total picture. Your attention to detail and organizational skills are exceptional, allowing you to juggle multiple critical requests effectively.
You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy working with various business partners across departments. You understand the importance of building a strong internal network and are eager to learn about the organizational structures and objectives of the teams you support. Your customer-obsessed mindset drives you to ensure that the needs of the executives you assist are met with precision and care.
Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the tech industry. You may have a background in project coordination or administrative support, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to excel in this role.
In this role, you will support two Directors within the AWS Data & AI GTM team, managing complex calendar schedules and ensuring that key deliverables are tracked efficiently. You will coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly. Organizing team activities and events, such as all-hands meetings and employee engagement initiatives, will be a key part of your responsibilities.
You will also be responsible for coordinating meeting agendas and space planning, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for successful meetings. Your role will involve ad hoc project coordination, where you will assist in various tasks as needed to support the team’s objectives. You will act as an extension of the leaders you support, embodying their values and ensuring that their time is managed effectively.
