Job Description

## **About the Role** We’re looking for a versatile, results-driven product marketer to own the marketing strategy for new growth opportunities in the Uber Eats business. In this role, you’ll lead the go-to-market strategy for innovative products and services, shaping how we engage with both businesses and consumers to accelerate growth. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams across product, sales, operations, engineering, and marketing to set up 0 to 1 products for success, define audience strategy, ensure product-market fit, and drive product adoption. Uber’s $90B global delivery business is on an impressive growth trajectory with more than 1 million merchants and over 6 million earners, we are transforming the way people access food, goods, and services. As we look to unlock future growth opportunities, you’ll play a critical role in scaling new initiatives across both B2B partners (e.g., restaurants, retailers), couriers, and consumers. Your work will help expand our product offerings, empower business growth, and create seamless, delightful experiences for millions of users worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team and shape the future of Uber’s Delivery business as we continue to innovate and scale globally. ## **What You’ll Do** - **Cross-functional Leadership**: Have influence over how cross-functional groups connect with customers on our platform, partnering closely with sales, business development and operations to provide customers with consistent messaging and high quality interactions with Uber. - **Messaging & Positioning**: Streamline how we communicate the breadth of our offering to merchants across different audiences, ensuring it fits seamlessly into our broader merchant narrative - **Go-to-Market Excellence:** Evolve our go-to-market muscle on product marketing teams to ensure we are effectively educating our customers with the right message, at the right time. - **Global Leadership:** Guide central and local strategies and tactics, working closely with the regional sales and operations teams to determine scaled resources and support in local implementation of best practices. - **Research & Insights:** Craft the learning agenda in partnership with research teams and use the insights to inform and guide ongoing product development, regional marketing and central engagement programs. ## **Basic Qualifications** - 3+ years of marketing or product experience delivering highly successful engagement and acquisition strategies - Bachelor's degree ## **Preferred Qualifications** - Can articulate the essence of complex products and the value they create. Can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan. - The willingness and know-how to deeply understand the market, customers and competition. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting and sharing work with executive leadership. - Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions. - Strong analytical skills - uses data to create insightful stories, inform strategies and guide decision making. - Ability to work collaboratively with a large number of teams across multiple countries, time-zones, backgrounds and functions to push projects to completion. - A hard-working, detailed, organized, and motivated self-starter, who enjoys challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations. - Hands-on experience working in restaurants or retail is a plus - Experience in a product marketing role at a technology company For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$108,000 per year - USD$120,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
