You have a proven track record in facilities management and safety oversight, with experience in leading teams to achieve operational excellence. Your hands-on management style allows you to effectively create and enforce safety policies, driving your organization towards zero injuries. You are adept at building and leading diverse teams of specialists and generalists, ensuring that all projects align with the company's mission of producing 24 satellites per year. You understand the importance of maintaining a state-of-the-art facility and have experience in managing large-scale projects that enhance operational efficiency.
Experience in the aerospace or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards. You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and can adapt to the evolving needs of a growing organization.
