In this internship, you will be part of the Global Solutions Consultant team at Dropbox, focusing on developing AI-assisted smart reporting workflows. Your primary responsibility will be to support the design and testing of these workflows, ensuring they produce structured, AI-generated outcomes from discovery and implementation inputs. You will analyze existing planning and reporting processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains, contributing to the strategic initiative for Dropbox Dash.
You will collaborate closely with Solutions Consulting and Customer Success teams to gather feedback and validate the usability of the outputs generated by the workflows. Your role will also involve assisting in measuring the impact of these workflows, including time saved and quality improvements. Throughout your internship, you will receive mentorship from experienced Dropboxers, helping you refine your approach and develop your professional skills.
